About The Pastors

 

Pastors Louis and Naomi Hulsey are natives of Arizona .  Louis graduated from Lee College ( Now Lee University ) in 1968 with a BA in Bible Education and a minor in New Testament Greek.   He continued his graduate studies in history at Arizona State University, 1970-1972.   Naomi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ottawa University with a BA in Elementary Education.

 

Louis and Naomi began serving as pastors in 1966 and have continued in the ministry since that time.  They have led Arizona congregations in Phoenix (3 years), Chandler (9 years), Mesa (12 years), Happy Jack (1.5 years).    The Hulseys founded North Mt. Pleasant Church of God, Tennga, Georgia in 1966 (2 years), and founded DeSoto Church of God, DeSoto, Texas in 1972, (3 years).

 

The Hulseys have been the senior pastors at Living Waters Church since June of 2004.  They have six children and seventeen grandchildren.
